I cannot put into words how beautiful our order turned out! My daughter received a cake and cookies for her 6th birthday in which she chose the flavors. I thought banana cake with strawberry filling was unusual but EVERYONE loved it. We didn’t have a single piece left and all the cookies were eaten as well. We will most definitely be using Emerald Whisk for every event. Thank you again - my husband and I are still talking about how wonderful everything turned out.

I needed a cake for a birthday party that everyone was traveling to. Kimberly was very helpful and communicating with her about design ideas and to order it was fast and friendly. I had opted to add the fiishing touches to the cake since once i picked it up from her, I still had to drive with it for 30 minutes. I ordered the cake and two dozen chocolate chip cookies. Everything was packaged perfectly and survived the road trip. Everyone loved the cookies and the cake was perfect for the birthday guy. The cake, frosting, and fondant tasted amazing! Even people who normally do not like choclate commented on how delicious it was. The cake and cookies put the final fantastic touches to a great birthday weekend.

We met Kimmie at the farmer's market in 2019 after purchasing some cookies from her booth and have used Emerald Whisk for EVERY SINGLE family function since then. Her cakes and cookies are not only adorable but delicious. She always exceeds our expectations with her creativity and flavor combinations.

My overall experience with emerald whisk was amazing. She was so kind, great at communicating and made our dream wedding cake exactly how we wanted it. I will be a returning customer and I recommend her to anyone who is trying to decide what cake they want for their wedding! Kimmie made my wedding cake a few weeks ago and a birthday cake for my wife. They are both incredible works of art and the best thing I have ever tasted! The wedding cake was 3 flavors and every one got all three and went back for seconds! We shopped around and her pricing was very reasonable, in fact on the lower end. She delivered the wedding cake, was on time and professional. Everything we could have asked for and more!

Kimmie ahhh!! We will remember our wedding cakes for the rest of our lives, and we even are going to make it a point to use only Kim for any event from here on out. After our cake tasting, we dreamt about our cakes. Wedding day, we had SO MANY compliments on our cake. So glad we found her and her company. Emerald Whisk has all of our love, and we recommend them for any event!!

I hired Kimberley to make our custom wedding cake. I had been looking for someone that could do a French croquembouche. She was over the top enthusiastic to make my dream wedding cake! Working with her was very easy and her communication clear. She even recommended little cream puffs as our guest "pieces of cake" which turned out perfect! Delivery on the wedding day was on time and she was flexible with our timeline when we had to move our wedding into the reception area last minute due to weather. I've since referred Kimberley to several of my clients and they have been very pleased with the custom cakes she has made them. I highly recommend the Emerald Whisk!

Emerald Whisk did such an amazing job with my wedding cakes! I had both a bride and a groom cake made, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. My bride cake had a travel theme, and it was everything I dreamed of, stunning to look at and delicious to eat. The flavor was salted caramel with buttercream and fondant in the middle for the map design. I received so many compliments on it! My cousin said it was the best wedding cake he’d had all year, and my husband’s aunt told us it was the best she’s ever had. The groom’s cake was a Darth Vader design with cookies and cream flavor, it looked incredible and my husband absolutely loved it! It was such a cool, fun addition to our wedding, and everyone thought it was amazing. My mother-in-law loved both cakes so much she even took some home. The owner, Kimmie, is wonderful to work with. You can tell she truly loves what she does and puts her heart into every detail. I highly recommend Emerald Whisk for any special occasion (or even just because!). You really can’t go wrong with her desserts.

Emerald whisk did the desserts (other than main cake) for my wedding and absolutely KILLED it. Everything was packaged perfectly and easily survived the trip from New Braunfels to San Antonio still in pristine condition. The mini cupcakes were moist and the icing was to die for! The crowd favorite was for sure the snack attack cookies that have chips and candies in them. They are MASSIVE and beyond delicious. We absolutely loved it and can’t thank you enough!

This woman is, hands down, the best cake artist we have ever used. This was our first year using her, I gave her a reference photo, but she blew us and our guests away. Her own personal artistic details making it hers yet familiar was my favorite part. I will recommend over and over again, we plan to use her for my sister’s doctorate graduation!
